You can also try the tall cliffs along the Brora River which is only a short distance away.

There are a range of Jurassic Coastal sites in Scotland, most near Brora have been caused by the Helmsdale Fault. On the Isle of Skye, there are a number of coastal exposures including Bearreriag Bay, Glasnakille, Elgol, Faoilean. Other locations near to Brora that are featured on UK Fossils are, Helmsdale, Golspie, Portgower, Lothbeg, Kintradwell, Balintore, Eathie, and Crakaig.
